We had such a wonderful experience today for lunch. From the moment we walked in, the manager Matthew made us feel welcomed and appreciated, and our waitress Melody went above and beyond for us. She was very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. And never once did we have to ask for refills. The service was attentive, friendly, and genuine — the kind that truly makes a lunch/dinner memorable. Even though they were in the middle of a lunch rush, Melody was incredibly kind, patient, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the level of customer service was honestly refreshing. It’s rare these days to find a restaurant where both the management and staff work together so seamlessly to create such a positive experience. Thank you both for making our day so enjoyable. We will absolutely be back and will be recommending this restaurant to others.

We had a blast with our friends this evening. Our waiter Rico was an awesome server and we had a fun with him. Food was great and we had such a good time tonight. Highly recommend this location and of course, Rico!

Brianna was our most excellent waitress! She kept our glasses of teas full and made sure we were taken care of! She did great at informing us of menu /specials etc…This was definitely 5star service! Thank-you for your Kindness Brianna!!!!

I had the experience of again having Jodi as my server this evening. She did an outstanding job and almost had my complete order memorized for the usual that I get. Bex came by to say "Hello" and discuss the points. All I can say is that the food was great. The service was great. Thank you again, Saltgrass!
